If you’ve ever received a budget from a builder that included a selections budget, only to discover that the finishes you fell in love with well exceed your budget, you can appreciate how much smoother the process goes with more front-end planning! Perhaps it’s not until your new addition is framed that you realize the sink was drawn off center from the sink! Maybe you discover too late in the build process that a bathroom window is positioned in a location that doesn’t leave room for vanity mirrors. Or you might find yourself pivoting in any other multitude of ways over the life of your project; I have encountered all of these scenarios and more, and love to employ my construction background to work proactively and help reduce stress for my clients!
